My favourite new cookie - just in time for Christmas!

Note: the earl grey tea just slightly flavours the chocolate. Thinking i might just try some pre-flavoured chocolate from the store and or adding some hazelnut coffee syrup to what I have. Hmmm, possiblities are endless eh?
