A little reminder of summer ...

With all the snow this morning I thought a little reminder that Saskatchewan can actually be warm and inviting was needed. Layout uses papers from Fancy Pants.

Happy Thanksgiving

A belated Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

This past weekend involved a bit of work at JSI, a little bit of football on Saturday, and a whole lot of turkey on Sunday. We got to spend part of the weekend up at the cabin and the weather for the most part was awesome. Most of the leaves are gone now so glad I was able to catch this picture a few weeks ago of our place aka our treasure.

Note: materials used were from the Bo Bunny Forever Fall Collection.

Nice Layout

Layout (minus journaling because forgot add that in before taking pic) using Teen Angst paper pack by We Are Memory Keepers. Feel a little guilty sometimes just using materials from a single pack to do a project but you know what -- it is so easy and well, NICE. :)

Mama-razzi strikes again

Love the title of one of Bo Bunny's latest collections -- Mama-razzi. Mama (me) is always taking pictures of her innocent and unsuspecting children. The following layout is one such picture which was doctored up with a digital frame. Had this picture laying around for a couple of months, couldn't find paper that really said 'wow' to me. This, an amazing thought, given how much paper I have downstairs! Then along came good old Bo Bunny (a favourite manufacturer) whom provided me with just the right 'wow'. Check it out!

Benefits

A cool a benefit of working in a scrapbooking store is that your boss could say 'here is pile of new papers from Basic Grey, create something with them would u?' How could I say no to that?
